dc.description.abstract	Národní archiv provádí výběr archiválií u pestré palety původců – od ústředních úřadů státní správy, přes výzkumné instituce až po fyzické osoby. V archiváliích se tak nacházejí všechny typy šedé literatury – výzkumné zprávy, cestovní zprávy, dříve utajované tisky, digitální věstníky, mapy, studie aj. Specifickým příkladem jsou internetové a intranetové stránky. Příspěvek na příkladech ukazuje nakládání s šedou literaturou, která v archivnictví není odlišována od jiné (úřední) produkce. Seznámí posluchače také s možnostmi Národního archivního portálu při popisu a ukládání jednotlivých datových souborů určených k trvalému uchování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	National Archives selects the archival records from a various range of creators – from central agencies of the state administration and research institutions to individuals. All types of grey literature are present in the archives – research reports, travel reports, originally secret prints, digital journals, maps and studies etc. Internet and intranet websites are specific example. The paper on examples shows handling with the grey literature, which is not distinguished from other (official) production in the archival practice. The paper also introduces the National Archival Portal and its options for description and submission of the individual data files designated for long term preservation.	en
