První část práce je zaměřena obecně na management, popisuje jeho funkce, motivaci a komunikaci. Další část práce se věnuje specifikaci managementu v prostředí knihoven se zaměřením na jeho funkce, motivaci a aplikaci současných trendů v managementu knihoven. V následujících kapitolách bakalářská práce představuje obě knihovny z hlediska organizace práce a seznamuje s provedením dotazníkového průzkumu zaměřeného na styl řízení lidí. V poslední části jsou knihovny porovnány z hlediska organizace práce a stylu řízení lidí.This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the organization of work in the Community Library in Radotín and in the National Technical Library. The first part focuses on management generally, it describes its function, motivation and communication. Another part is devoted to the specification for library management, focusing on its function, motivation and application of current trends in library management. The following chapters present these two libraries in terms of the organization of work and introduces the questionnaire survey procedure focused on people management style.
