Tyto otázky budou adresovány z pozice autora, instituce a komerčních vydavatelů. Teoretická diskuse výše naznačených problémů bude doplněna praktickými příklady a zkušenostmi z budování OA repozitáře na Masarykově univerzitě.This presentation will focus on practical legal problems connected with the application of the Open Access practice to scientific papers. Attention will be mainly paid to the Creative Commons licenses and their use in OA, the legal aspects of building a green OA repository and legal issues of self-archiving. These issues will be addressed from the position of author, institution and commercial publishers.
