V první části je představen smysl a účel tohoto autorskoprávního omezení, jakož i dosavadní vývoj právní regulace. Pozornost je věnována identifikaci jednotlivých zájmů, které při jeho aplikaci mohou stát v kolizi. Druhá část se věnuje aktuální právní úpravě a identifikuje její problémy, zejména ve vztahu k online zveřejňování závěrečných prací. Poslední část navrhuje možná řešení těchto problémů.The paper presents a basic overview of the issue of providing access to theses from copyright’s perspective. The first part introduces the meaning and purpose of this copyright limitation as well as the development of legal regulation. Attention is paid to the identification of individual interests that might conflict due to its application. The second part deals with the current legislation and identifies its problems, especially the ones related to providing online access to theses.
