Úvod do problematiky perzistentních identifikátorů

Perzistentní identifikátory (PIDs) jsou základním stavebním kamenem k naplňování FAIR principů. Jejich efektivní využívání může výrazně zjednodušit sdílení výsledků výzkumu. Školení vysvětluje, co jsou perzistentní identifikátory, představuje jejich typy a vysvětluje jejich využití v různých fázích výzkumného cyklu. Je představena podpora zavádění perzistentních identifikátorů na národní úrovni do českého prostředí výzkumu, vývoje a inovací. Lektorky se dále zaměřují detailněji na představení identifikátoru výzkumníků a výzkumnic ORCID iD a na to, jak ho lze nejlépe využít ve vědecké kariéře.

Legislativní rámec: služby NTK

V rámci seminářů i e-learningového kurzu budou vysvětleny legislativní souvislosti, podklady a odkazy především v oblastech, které upravuje knihovní řád. Velmi stručně bude popsána právní úprava činností knihovny, které knihovní řád pouze naznačuje (svobodný přístup k informacím a žádosti o informace) nebo nezmiňuje, ale knihovně povinnosti vyplývají ze zákona (datové schránky). Kromě vymezení pomocí právních předpisů bude problematika přiblížena s využitím judikatury.
