dc.description.abstractPříspěvek se zabývá dopadem digitální transformace na pracovní síly obecně, přičemž zvláštní důraz je kladen na odborníky v oblasti informačního managementu, a konkrétně v oblasti šedé literatury. Příspěvek se dále zaměřuje na následující problémy - měnící se charakter práce se šedou literaturou, požadované změny na personální úrovni, dopad na organizaci práce a nově definovaná role vedení (leadership). Předpokládá se, že přes jistou náročnost a obtížnost digitální transformace představuje také významnou příležitost pro odborníky na šedou literaturu.cs
dc.description.abstractThis paper looks at the impact of digital transformation on the workforce in general, while the special emphasis is placed on information management professionals working in the field of grey literature. The following areas are reviewed - the changing nature of grey literature work, changes required on a personal level, the impact on work organization, and the redefined role of leadership. It is assumed that although challenging, digital transformation also represents an important opportunity for grey literature professionals.en
